Genuinely our first call was the most enlightening and insightful 2 hours I have possibly ever had. I decided to coach with Kayte because I was rebranding my business and didn’t want to waffle about with my marketing anymore. I needed clear direction for conveying the vision I had for the brand, and no longer wanted to take the “throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks” approach.
Through working with Kayte I learned how to clearly convey my brand vision through my content (including written and visual) as well as through my decision-making process. I have clarity about what “hits the mark” for communicating my brand values (including what those were!) and how to attract the right customers without having to try to “lure” people in with discounts, deals, and “race to the bottom” promotions. Kayte also helped me develop a content calendar (that I’m actually excited about), visual prompts (so creating visual content for my business is a no-brainer), a highly successful marketing campaign (that didn’t feel off brand, sleazy, or icky), and templates for regular emails to my customers that are actually helpful for them and easy for me to put together.
I now don’t feel like I need to listen to podcast after podcast to keep up with how to run a successful business – it’s extremely freeing to know the next small business marketing trend that sweeps the online business world isn’t something I need to master (or even pay attention to if it’s not in line with what my customers actually need from me).
Working with Kayte was like speaking with a really smart and intuitive friend!
